Len Pfeiffer

Vice President, Development

As Vice President of Development, Len is responsible for the acquisition and development of multifamily communities in the Nashville area market. Prior to joining Kolter, Len was Vice President of Development and Construction with Wedgewood Avenue. Len has spent 10 years as a project manager with several general contractors in Washington DC, completing over 40 high-end interior renovations totaling more than $140 million in value.

Len received his MBA with a dual concentration in finance and strategy from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management and his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Duke University.
