As Managing Director, Pat oversees development for Kotler Multifamily in the Carolinas, including site acquisitions, entitlements, new construction, and asset management. Pat previously was a Regional Development Partner for Westplan Investors focused on multifamily development in the Carolinas. Prior to Westplan Investors, Pat worked for Quarterra Multifamily where he held roles in Investments and Development. Pat has experience in multifamily investment sales, capital markets, and development. Pat graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Management & Society.
