Kolter Multifamily LLC is expanding into the Carolinas and has appointed Pat Foster as managing director for the region.
Foster will lead development efforts across the Carolinas, with an initial focus on Charlotte and the Triangle. He will oversee site acquisitions, entitlements, construction and asset management.
